Submitting an online Warranty Replacement request does NOT guarantee that your submission will be processed and approved for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please refer to the SanDisk Warranty page for information on your product's warranty. Further information on additional SanDisk warranty replacement process options is also available.

SanDisk is NOT responsible for any content or data on your returned device. For data recovery related questions, read our SSD or flash drive/memory card data recovery FAQs BEFORE submitting your RMA request.


BEFORE SUBMISSION PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING READY

1. Product code location on SanDisk device
2. Clear pictures of the SanDisk device (front and back with readable serial or product code)
3. Valid proof of purchase (scanned or photo receipt or screen shot of online receipt)
4. Check if your country is supported under the "Country" field
