BEFORE SUBMISSION PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING READY

Product code location on SanDisk device
2. Clear pictures of the SanDisk device (front and back with readable serial or product code)
3. Valid proof of purchase (scanned or photo receipt or screen shot of online receipt)
4. Check if your country is supported under the "Country" field
