Sansa player is frozen with the blue ring illuminated
When I turn on my Sansa player, nothing shows on the screen, but the blue ring is on, what do I need to do?

Note: This article is only applicable to legacy Sansa C200, E200, Fuze and View players

SOLUTION 1 - Reset the device
- Resetting the Sansa player 

SOLUTION 2 - Reload and update to the latest firmware

STEP 1 - Enable MSC or Recovery mode
- Enable MSC mode 
- Force Recovery mode on e200v1 / c200v1 / e200R / View

STEP 2 - Update to the latest firmware
You may need to upload the firmware manually, there are instructions on the links below on how to manually update your firmware.
- Sansa Fuze firmware update
- Sansa View firmware update
- Sansa e200 series firmware update
- Sansa c200 series firmware update
