iXpand Base is not backing up photos and videos files
In order for the iXpand Base to properly backup your photos/videos. Please check the following:

1. Allow permissions for photos within the app. For more info please go here.

2. Make sure that the sd card is properly inserted into the iXpand Base.

3. Ensure that you are using the charger that came with the iXpand Base unit.

4. Inspect your lightning cable and ensure it's properly seated into the USB port on the iXpand base.

5. Check in the app notifications menu for additional help on the process of your backup
